Playoffs, Playoffs, Playoffs

I know that this isn't a big deal to any of you that don't have kids playing, but it's a huge deal to me and my boys! This could easily be Brody's last game- he is a Senior, if they loose and/ or his shoulder is too painful for him to go on. (my guess he'd play even if someone ripped it off) He has worked for over 3 years for this goal and I couldn't be more proud! If any of you want to come out to the game and cheer his one good arm on......he would love it! (But please don't wear blue and white).

Valium anyone?

Brody had a contrast MRI today, they gave him one Valium. It was only 5mg, so I thought being that he weighs 210 it wouldn't really do a whole lot.......but by the look on his face in some of these pics-I think he felt a little somethin!

Bingham Sucks!

I can't really remember the score all I know is we lost! But our team played really good and we are still going to playoffs-so that's not all bad. And if you went to Bingham High and the title of this post offends you, I really don't care-you DO suck! And your football team is a bunch of ball hogs.

Senior pics

My brother Josh will love this.....he called me last week to let me know what a geek I am because I'm always writing about my kids and crying about how old they are and how sad I am that they'll be gone soon. But anyways, I happen to love my kids and having them around (maybe cuz I have no life and nothing else?) But Brody showed me his Senior pictures last night and I about died! I know I'm his mom and of course I think my kids are the cutest- but how handsome does he look? I can't get over how old he looks either! Oh great-here come the tears, you'll understand Josh when your kids are this old and you can't believe how fast it all went. And you'll wish you would have spent more time with them-enjoying them- instead of yelling at them or sending them to their rooms. (that last part is for Raegan)

More Football

If you don't like football...this blog is not for you! That is all we are doing at this time so sorry. Hunter had a game on Saturday, they played Bountiful and it was Hunter first win of the season! He played up this year with the 15yr olds so he could carry the ball (weight is 130 for 13 yr olds and he was 157) what a scronny kid huh? But he isn't playing any position to carry the ball. He plays offence and defence and he loves it-so I won't complain.

Riverton 7 Alta 47

We lost to Alta (big surprise) they have 12 kids over the height of 6'3 and two of them are 6'10. We have one kid who is 6'4, everyone else is smaller than that. It sucked!

Anywho... our next game is Oct. 9th at 7pm at Riverton. (against Taylorsville)
