What's important to me

I decided to skip paying bills and just give my boys a much needed vacation. With Spencer passing away it has been really hard on them (and me) and I just think that everything else in life CAN wait! Spending precious time with my babies is what is really important to me now.

I really am so lucky to have them, I feel like I never get to really listen to them-and 4 days in one room can easily make or break u! Just kidding-they made me laugh so hard and it was really nice to spend all this time just us, just really talking and enjoying each other and hanging out.

Its so weird for me to be talking to them and in the middle of our conversation one of them will say or do something that reminds me of Spencer-and then we'll share a funny story of something he did or said. Its funny but I have never had a better trip than this one and I have never felt closer as a family. I find myself being more lovey then normal--an extra hug here and there or one or two more "I love you" before bed. Or even during the day a hug or two from Hunter-just because.

I love them so much!

Hunter was the only one who would be happy for the picture taking

Hopefully these good memories will offset the bad ones for now

When I see the two of them together it breaks my heart to know they won't see their father again.

Spencer Dean Breeze

Died on July 21st, 2011, He was born on May 30th 1975

I am still in a great amount of pain and sadness and alot of shock. I spent so many years being angry or mad at him and now....I wish I would have just maybe tried alittle harder to help him, to be there for him, it really wouldnt have killed me to give him a ride here and there to the boys games would it?
My heart is breaking for our two sweet boys that are having to deal with this loss. Never in my life have I been so sad! Never in my life have I had to deal with something as hard as telling them about their father passing away. Having to hear them cry
out NO, NO, NO and crying so hard they can't stop shaking. Our lives will never be the same again, I will never understand why these things happen.

To:Spencer
I have always loved you and I'm sorry for giving up. I will make sure that our boys remember how much you loved them and I will make sure they grow up to be just like you. You were a wonderful father, which I didn't say quite enough! And I will always be grateful for the time we did have together. Thank you for the two most wonderful things in my life! OUR BOYS! I will miss you forever and I know the boys will miss you longer than that. I hope someday we will see each other again, as a family.

4th of July

Waverunning at Deer Creek with the Fam (except poor little Brody who had to work) and then Matt's house for dinner and fireworks

Yes, Hunter does need some color! But he isn't getting sunburned on my watch. (he might not look SO white if the little native american wasn't SO dark) Lucky girl, I just love her!
